Mimo festival
A gathering of concerts, films, workshops and exhibitions, Mimo Festival showcases claimed and rising artists from around the world. Since first edition 17 years ago, the festival has been held annually in several cities in Brazil and also in Portugal.

Analógos and Alter are academic journals published by the students of the Department of Philosophy of the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. While the former focuses on scholarly articles, the latter publishes short essays and translations.

Fashion Rio
summer edition
Biannually held in the harbour quays of Rio de janeiro, Fashion Rio Week showcases some of the most celebrated fashion brands of Brazil, as well as helds art exhibitions and a vibrant food and music court. The summer edition of 2009 had as motif the excitement about the forthcoming olympic games in the city. The scenography and signage projects thus combined elements of the sports universe to the atmosphere of the port area, following the guideline of employing reusable materials and structures.
